Service Request Form
This is a form that a LibertyNet Global account representative completes that outlines what type of services a business currently has and is looking for. This form gets entered into a telephony portal so that it can efficiently be submitted to carriers.
Now that the service request form in safe and secure inside the telephony portal the portal begins computing to provide us with carrier matches. During this phase we automatically remove carriers that don’t have efficient infrastructure at your location.
Carrier Bid Submission
Now that we have narrowed down the carrier list, it is time to submit the service request form to all the carriers and notify them that they are in the running to acquire a new customer. During this process we request complete bids to be returned to LibertyNet Global inside 72 hours.
Now that we have service contract bids from the top carriers in your geographical location it is time to review to ensure that they did not miss any services. After LibertyNet Global initially reviews the bid they will forward them to the customer for open discussion.
At this point the customer has reviewed and worked closely with LibertyNet Global to determine if a switch or upgrade is right for their company. If the verdict is to switch carriers LibertyNet Global will assist you in signing the service contract bid that your business has chosen.
